We are located in a privileged place on the boardwalk of Salinas, facing the sea, in the area of the palm trees, with a wonderful ocean view, the bay, the Yacht Club, its docks and boats.

• Special rates for groups of 30 or more.
• Taxes were 22% (12% VAT + 10% service).

High Season Rates 2010 / December to May, 2010
For your reference, our rates are per person and always depend on:

1) the time of year you come (high or low season or holidays).
2) the number of people staying.
3) time / duration of lodging.
4) the type of occupancy (triple room, double, single, etc).
5) style / category of room (big, small, ocean view, with or without refrigerator, access to other areas of the hotel and any others). Room types are Standard, Plus (Intermediate) and Superior (Vip)

Reservations:
Call to confirm that you’ll take the room and check for availability. Make a 50% cash deposit of the total value of your stay, in our Pichincha Bank savings account, Pacific Bank, Produbanco, or Banco Guayaquil and fax immediately to 04 277-0367 the deposit slip or send a scan via email to reservas@cocos-hostal.com or andrea.arboleda@cocos-hostal.com. For holidays and commemorative dates the deposit must be 100%.

Payments from overseas can be through Western Union, or bank transfer or Visa, Mastercard or Diners. Once in the hotel, we also accept American Express credit cards for consumption.

Cancellations / Refunds:
The value-refundable for reservations is canceled in a 75% if cancellation is made at least 2 weeks in advance. Less than 2 weeks is a 60% refund, 1 week in advance 50% will be refunded. Less than a week there is no refund. For holidays, commemorations and no shows, we do not make refunds. * In neither cases we will return the values for taxes generated.

In Cocos we can advise on various activities that can be performed during the morning and evening.

Cocos is a new concept in hotels in the Salinas and Santa Elena Peninsula, offering a personal professional service and yet very familiar and comfortable, unlike the usual cold of national and international major hotel chains. We have an important added value that is reflected in the warmth of the setting: owners serve in Cocos. We like the contact with people and want the experience of our guests at our hostel in Salinas be as pleasant as possible.
